90min #indoorcycling playlist – Member Appreciation Day

Another playlist for a 90min ride to honor members’ loyalty. The playlist is divided into six intervals:

  1. Interval 1 – 20mins: warm-up, seated climb, combo climbs, 2 hills
  2. Interval 2 – 20mins: stairs, pyramid, 3 hills, pursuit
  3. Interval 3 – 20mins: combo hills/peaks & valleys, turns, modified tabata
  4. Interval 4 – 10mins: seated climb, time trial
  5. Interval 5 – 10mins: old school hills, sprint
  6. Interval 6 – 5mins: descent, cool down
