Another playlist for a 90min ride to honor members’ loyalty. The playlist is divided into six intervals:
- Interval 1 – 20mins: warm-up, seated climb, combo climbs, 2 hills
- Interval 2 – 20mins: stairs, pyramid, 3 hills, pursuit
- Interval 3 – 20mins: combo hills/peaks & valleys, turns, modified tabata
- Interval 4 – 10mins: seated climb, time trial
- Interval 5 – 10mins: old school hills, sprint
- Interval 6 – 5mins: descent, cool down
